I need to confess something…I don’t use building plans when I build things. My “plans” typically consist of a few notes and hand drawn sketches and I figure out (and make all the mistakes on) everything in between.
However, I’m trying to change my ways in order to be a better help to you guys, my readers. So, I’m going back to my most popular posts and drawing downloadable building plans for those projects with computer drawn diagrams, cut lists, cutting diagrams, etc. These are sometimes easier to follow than photos for some of you.
MANY of my furniture building plans are free within the blog posts, but the following downloadable PDF plans are premium plans available for purchase.

Click on the front page of the plans you’re interested in to go to the product page. Or go to the bottom of this post for a list as well.
Printable PDF plans typically include cut list, materials and tools list, plywood cut diagrams (if project uses plywood), 3D computer drafted diagrams with dimensions, step by step instructions. Most also have a blog post tutorial and video to go along with it.
If you are looking for something specific, I offer custom plans as well. Feel free to reach out via social media or email me directly at shara.mccuiston (at) gmail.com and let me know what you are looking for.
