Just saw your site today and went over a few with my hubby, we built him a new 30 by 40 woodworking shop over the summer. He is now working on some Christmas gifts and I know the snowflake shelf will be one of them. In the photos I also saw a snowflake type decoration setting in a metal tub in front of the fireplace. Was this something you made and would have plans for?

Hi Marie! I’m glad you found my site and are liking what you see! Yes I made that snowflake, but it was trial and error (mainly error) so I do not have plans for it. I had intended to redo it and make some plans, but you know how things come along and keep you busy haha. I’m sorry! I will get around to that again, but I am not sure if it’ll be before Christmas. I will do my best!

I love your twisty table 🙂
I am also in love with wood and tools but I have no place to make my ideas come to life as of yet.
Keep chasing the dream child of God. 🙂

Thank you, for your Woodshop Diaries!
I started my first build, re-made two drawers for my antique wardrobe & used the original drawer fronts. One drawer had fallen apart! So, I rebuilt both drawers and in that process discovered there were also issues with the base cabinet.
Long story short, I successfully rebuilt the drawers, making them larger than the original & repaired the base! the Kerg jig Pocket Screw system is Amazing!
I found Anna White on Pinterest and am going to use her plan and modify a kitchen island plan, for a sewing room work surface and storage in the drawers and shelves.
This has been a life changer. I now know, I can build anything using the tools I have. Inspired by Anna White plans & Shara Woodshop Diaries!
